Very peaceful and welcoming stay, loved the cats and horses! Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was more than enough for a short stay. Enjoyed coming back from Carolina Motorsports Park and relaxing on the farm. Would book this home again!

We booked this property on very short notice for an unexpected trip, and it worked out perfectly for a large family gathering. Ginger was very quickly responsive to any questions, was so friendly and helpful, and the house was just what we needed. The highlights were the dining room view of the gardens and the chickens of course! The fresh eggs were a nice surprise and much appreciated! I would certainly stay at this property again and Ginger is a great host!!

Beautiful little cabin, nestled beside a pond and small creek. Perfect little getaway to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary and unwind for a couple of days. So quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch drinking coffee and enjoying nature.

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed this place as well as the hosts. They were present, but nonintrusive. It was great to pray with Neil before we checked out. We highly recommend this stay!!

Ruth & Bob are great hosts and always make us feel welcome when visiting Due West. This trip was wonderful per usual. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fishing, and golf cart rides around the farm with our golden doodle (Bella).

We absolutely loved staying at Doris’s family home for our weekend away. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee. Brought me back to the country life for a minute. We needed it more than we knew. Doris was very accommodating and definitely thought of everything. This cute little farmhouse was perfect for our small family of 3. Had everything we needed and it was super clean! Beds were very comfy. The grounds are amazing! We loved the animals, especially the donkey❤️ Our extended family stayed in the big house on the pond and that place is amazing!! We hope to come back soon!!

The Shed was absolutely darling and perfect for a weekend getaway with my family. The fire pit and hot tub elevated our stay and helped us relax after a long day exploring Helen. We had everything we needed inside and even discovered a new card game we loved from the stock available. We enjoyed the decor and everything was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The host had very clear communication with thorough instructions for check in and check out which gave us the opportunity to enjoy the weekend instead of getting lost in the details. We even saw a few deer and owls outside. Absolutely would recommend anyone looking to have a nice, laid back, quiet vacation to stay here!

This gorgeous home is one out of your peaceful dreams! We thoroughly enjoyed staying on Mandy’s property and really loved how much land was around us. The porch, ramp, and back porch with a grill was perfect for relaxing. The home is also down the street from a local area with a Publix and other fast food places. The drive into Athens is short as well. Thank you Mandy for allowing us to stay in your home, it’s given me inspiration for mine!

When I say this place looks just like the photos, when I showed my mom the photos I took she thought I was showing the same photos from the listing! A beautiful spot, hidden away in the forest. Gorgeous tent, clean bathroom that while outside did not feel like an outhouse at all, but a lovely wooden steam room, plus the toilet was a composting toilet and did not smell at all. The hot tub was luxurious and we had a fire every night. Also the wildlife and farm animals were icing on the cake. Plentiful wood for fires Comfortable bed Super friendly host that we saw only to get us acquainted with the spot (which was very nice of them) Also, they thought of everything, providing a fountain for white noise at night, and earplugs for the rooster in the morning. (We actually really liked having the rooster as a wake up call) I will be booking again. Thank you Courtney!!

The cottage is in a very good location--only ten minutes from the central square of Dahlonega and about 50 minutes to Springer Mountain. The house is nicely renovated and Angela provides many amenities. We enjoyed sitting out in the Adirondack chairs and watching the local hawk. Angela was easy to communicate with and flexible with one of our needs. I definitely recommend the cottage.

Hidden gem! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is the spot - book now! My husband and I recently enjoyed a weekend here and it was perfect! Cozy accommodations with wonderful views. A cozy place where you feel at home. The house is very clean. Great hosts, we received a warm welcome. We were lucky and on the day of arrival we were able to see a newborn lamb. We also learned about a new breed of chicken and saw how they are bred. We also met horses and peacocks. Our daughter was absolutely delighted. For her, this experience with animals surpassed the sights of Charleston.

This was our favorite Airbnb stay yet! The 22-acre horse farm is peaceful, private, and surrounded by woods—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had our own entrance, and even though the space is on the lower level, it never felt like a basement. It was beautifully decorated, and spotless. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambiance made us feel instantly at home. We loved all the thoughtful touches—washer and dryer, three types of coffee makers, and so many small details. It was incredibly quiet and cozy. Megan was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and clearly puts a lot of care into the space. We’re already planning our next visit!

I can’t say enough about this little gem. Clean, private off the beaten path just like we were looking for. Our fur babies enjoyed the yard. Hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating with any questions we had and that our stay was comfortable. Awesome book of information about the area, restaurants, etc that was super helpful. We travel often from Florida to Kentucky and this will be our stop everytime. I highly recommend!

We decided to take a 3 night girls' trip to Dahlonega for my birthday and had a wonderful time. Loved exploring some wineries, Big Creek Distillery, and visiting the Chestatee Wildlife preserve, plus doing some shopping in downtown Dahlonega and trying out a bunch of restaurants there. The cabin was beautiful and had pretty much everything we needed. Loved the hot tub! Some storms and windy conditions didn't allow us to use the firepit, but it looked like a nice spot to hang out. We enjoyed a few movies from their DVD collection in the evenings. They had a great little coffee bar setup with lots of choices of coffees, teas and hot chocolate, and the option to either use a kcup or make a pot of coffee.

We had a great time. My husband and I rode the golf cart, went fishing and relaxed. The cabin was just what we needed. We felt so at ease, safe and well rested. We will definitely be going back.

This cute little house was just what we needed for a football get-away. It was a little further from downtown than expected, but the ride went fast as it was beautiful. The place was very clean and nice when we entered and we felt right at home. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a nice, relaxing stay. The place was decorated nicely, clean and very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was fun to watch the birds and goats and feed treats to their sweet kitty. We would definitely stay again.
