Fabulous Private Studio in a Natures Wonderland. Lots of privacy in the "jungle room" Private driveway . Walk to rear of house and up the steps to the entry door on right. You'll be given the code prior to entry- Light and bright private studio is warm and welcoming. Make use of the Coffee Bar with lots of amenities, WIFI and YoutubeTV. You control the AC Separate air unit in the studio. Come and go as you want to privately without interruption. 10 min drive(30 min bike ride) to the ocean.

Local shopping, Parks, bowling and restaurants are within walking distance. Sleeps 6 guests with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out full-size sofa bed. Relax by the fire pit on the back paver patio and grill outdoors. Our completely renovated home ensures a clean and welcoming environment for your trip.

This beachfront condo is perfect for your stay in Ponte Vedra Beach. Guests can enjoy the ocean and looking for endless sharks teeth and sea shells. This condo boasts (1) bedroom, (1) bathroom and an additional murphy bed for your guests. Music can be heard from the back patio on weekends, as well as the sounds of the sea. When back from soaking up the sun, enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, powerful shower and wifi. Our location is minutes away from Sawgrass TPC and nearby St. Augustine.

You'll have 1-3 private parking spots (depending on use if downstairs unit (Seabreeze Chalet) on site. Owners are nearby but will respect your privacy. We are leaving a buffer of at least a day between guests and are following Airbnb Enhanced Cleaning Protocol.

One of a kind 1930s historic home, newly renovated and transformed into a beautiful secluded getaway. new luxury finishes, while holding its traditional charm. No Events allowed. Rooftop deck, sunrise views of the Atlantic ocean, Downtown, and sunsets over the river. The new dock with covered roof hosts a national geographic like eco system. The house was build in the 70s and has a fantastic beach flair. It’s our vacation spot and it’s renovated the way we love it. This place creates amazing memories. It has 4 bedrooms: -Master with King bed -Bedroom with Queen bed -Bedroom with King bed -Bedroom with 2 single beds Our house has excellent backyard with expansive grass at the same level as the beach (no decks or stairs). I frequently grill and do a quick dip in the ocean between the flips.
