Salon grand et spacieux avec une vue incomparable sur le début de Banchi di Sopra, la Piazza Salimbeni et le siège du Monte dei Paschi, formé par les nobles palais Tantucci, Salimbeni et Spannocchi. Deuxième salon avec bibliothèque, canapé-lit et la même vue exclusive. 2 grandes chambres avec vue sur la ville et lits king-size. 3 salles de bains dont une avec jacuzzi et une avec douche. Un long couloir qui traverse l'appartement, une entrée spacieuse et une terrasse privée sur la cour intérieure. Troisième salon avec canapé-lit et vue sur la ville. Salle à manger avec vue panoramique sur le Duomo de Sienne et la Basilique de San Domenico qui se distinguent par les toits médiévaux de Sienne à quelques mètres de nous. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec buanderie. Il occupe tout le deuxième étage de notre palais des 1600 et offre des vues uniques et privilégiées sur Sienne et ses merveilles architecturales. Nous sommes sur Banchi sopra Sopra, le parcours principal du centre historique de Sienne, en dessous de la maison, vous trouverez les meilleures boutiques du centre avec toutes les marques de haute couture, de nombreux restaurants; Vignobles, bars et supermarchés avec des produits toscans typiques.

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.
