Nella parte meridionale dell’altopiano Ibleo, tra carrubi secolari e macchia mediterranea, si erge l'inconfondibile sagoma di Villa Cammarana, nobile dimora di campagna del XVIII secolo. Dalla facciata neoclassica, salendo l’antica scala esterna in pietra, si arriva al piano nobile dove si diparte il grande terrazzo con bastioni in calcare intagliato, da cui si domina il paesaggio straordinario della campagna iblea; all’orizzonte il mare con il faro di Punta Secca e le rovine greche di Kamarina.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. WIFI free, aria condizionata, lavanderia. Vicina a caffè, ristoranti, mercato, negozi di alimentari.

Built in 1700 as a noble palazzo, the house still preserves original frescoes and floor tiles. The apartment offers all amenities and will comfortably sleep four. Inside, the kitchen-living area with sofa bed, induction cooking facility and the bathroom are on the ground floor; the double bed is on the mezzanine with the possibility to add a single bed.
