Come enjoy all downtown Little Rock has to offer right from the steps of this BRAND NEW UPDATED studio apartment. If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is the place for you. If you are looing for a place to party, please do not book my apartment. Little Rock's best museums, libraries, arts, entertainment, business, and culture are all within walking distance. HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Contemporary Studio has everything you need for a short or long stay. This modern, comfortable space is convenient to local hospitals, UAMS, ACH, Hillcrest, SOMA and Downtown. Studio floorplan gives adequate privacy yet keeps open, airy feel. Large walk in shower, washer and dryer in unit, and high speed wifi complete the amenities to make sure you can work and play comfortably. Electric car charging station is a few blocks away. Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Unit 2 Victorian Cottage Near Central High

This restored 1905 Victorian duplex cottage is two blocks from Little Rock Central High School in the heart of the historic district. It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Fast WiFi, pet friendly. Close to great restaurants, brewery tap rooms, shopping, parks and the interstate. This second floor unit of a duplex has a fully fenced courtyard (common space for both units) with propane grill, and fire pit. A small grass area for pets to do their business. (Please pick up daily) upstairs balcony is private for upstairs unit. Super effective and quiet AC/heat. TV's have Roku service. No Smoking/Vaping inside.

This community is a hub of newly built/remodeled unique homes. Located within a 2 minute drive to SoMa's food scene, 5 minutes to The River Market and The Clinton Library & Museum, and 6 minutes to the Airport. There is a children’s park and the newly launched Pettaway Square 3 blocks away.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Small studio (#3) in the heart of SOMA!

This small apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, chair, dresser, TV, full kitchen, and a full but tiny bathroom. We live on the first floor and there are three apartments upstairs, including this one. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, distillery, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
