The entire bay is also a PRIME fishing area. You get access to our "Family Fun Shed" with kayaks, bikes, strollers and outdoor games for you to use, at no charge! Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Private side entrance at ground level featuring large windows with natural light, private bathroom with toiletries, laundry room with washer/dryer, private family room with couch, TV with Hulu, wireless, microwave, coffee maker, bottled water, and a mini fridge. You have the entire floor to yourself, as we live upstairs. House is located in a quiet country subdivision. Deer, birds and other wildlife are daily visitors. Easy drive to Lambeau Field, the airport, and downtown Green Bay!

This 2 bedroom, one bath unit is just a mile from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District! A great place to stay for a game weekend or visiting friends and family in town! Easy interstate access, just off I-41. No parties allowed. For property protection and to assist with guests there are floodlight cameras at each entrance, a camera in the garage (to enforce no smoking policy), and in the utility area of the basement to monitor consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, soaps, etc).
