Barns Tower is an authentic medieval mini castle with roaring log fires and all modern comforts. The Tower is located in a beautiful rural setting on the River Tweed and is an ideal location for exploring the Scottish Borders. Peebles is nearby with great amenities and there’s heavenly walks right from the door. Please be aware that The Tower is located at the end of a rural track and due care should be taken with speed and approach. The Tower is arranged over 4 floors with steep staircases.

Relax and unwind in front of the open fire.For the sightseers it’s only a 30 minute drive into the centre of Edinburgh.

The Hemmel, Old Town Farm

Lovingly converted, pet friendly barn set on a working farm with fantastic views across the Rede valley. Open plan living/kitchen area with log burning stove and flooded with natural light. A recent addition are daily visits from our local red squirrels. Spacious and modern with underfloor heating. Tastefully furnished and decorated with bathroom featuring a walk -in shower. The Byres, Hindhaugh

The Byres offers outstanding holiday accommodation in the heart of Northumberland. This former cattle byre was lovingly converted to a family home about 8 years ago and retains much of its original character. The accommodation comprises a utility room housing the Bio Mass boiler, kitchen, lounge and 3 double bedrooms one of which has zip and link beds which can easily be converted into a twin bedded room. It also has a bathroom and downstairs wet room. We are dog friendly - 2 maximum.

In the local area you can find historic houses and abbeys, golf, surfing, walking, cycle routes and beautiful scenery and coastlines.

Modern interior within a converted stable in the highly sought after area of Bruntsfield and Morningside The building is situated within the grounds of a private house and is safe and secure offering a QUIET location yet positioned Conveniently close to boutique shops and a great choice of cafes and restaurants. Local transportation is within walking distance and the city centre is a five minute bus ride or a comfortable 20 minute stroll.We do not usually provide parking on site.

The Bothy at Dod Mill is a studio-style barn conversion for 1-4 guests, near the Royal Burgh of Lauder in the Scottish Borders. The property has been interior-designed with modern, rustic styling. The Bothy has its own walled-garden area with views to rivers, woodland, an orchard and rare-breed sheep. Cosy-in with a woodburning stove (unlimited logs!), drink good coffee, cook, bake, read, or simply relax in the space around you. WiFi, tea & Nespresso coffee included.
