Modern Coastal Cottage tucked away on a quiet street; short walk to town, parks and shops! Less than a mile to the beach. Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with large quartz island, laundry/pantry & vaulted ceilings with recessed lights make the home bright and airy! Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch and evening drinks around the fire! Exterior amenities include fenced in yard, shed, and gas grill. Beach chairs , 3 bikes, helmets, and 2 beach badges are included during the summer season.

Belmar Bliss

Relax on beautiful front porch with wind chimes and seating for 6. Private back deck with natural gas grill, table, sofa and outdoor shower! Less than 3 blocks to Belmar beach. House is fully stocked. TV and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Two queens, one full sized bed and futon single bed in one of the bedrooms. Sheets and towels and pack and play provided. In the summer, guests have access to 4 beach badges, bikes and beach cart. Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation!

4 Bedroom Beach House - “Two Tides”

A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns. Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

Each of the three bedrooms has brand new queen size beds and all 2.5 bathrooms are brand new as is the kitchen and everything else in this gourgous victotian home with lots of outdoor space including front wrap around pouches and large private backyard with gardens . All this just three houses off the heart of Downtown Manasquan. Only dogs under 20 pounds and they have to be non-shedding and well trained.
