This single room cabin is only accessible by a 1/10 mile walking path (Uphill...) and has spectacular views to the beach. Cabin includes exterior deck, two bunk beds, small food prep area, detached composting toilet, electricity, and wood burning stove. Food prep area is rustic. No running water. No showers. Potable water and WiFi are available at main house.

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **
