Discover the Threshing Barn at Little Upton, an ideal spot for group celebrations. Enjoy the spacious double-height kitchen and lounge with woodburner. The Tallet is opposite the old farmhouse and next to a magnificent Somerset cider barn. The private terrace has a covered eating area and open lounging space enclosed by walls and clipped box hedging. The underfloor heating and electric log burner add warmth to the sitting room and the spacious open plan kitchen makes for a sociable space.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Venturing further afield you can spend the day on the Jurassic Coast or visit some of the many National Trust properties in the area.

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
