Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Sea Holly Lodge at The Old WoodYard-An architecturally designed wooden clad, eco-lodge is situated just a few minutes from the pretty village of Docking, and only 4 miles from Brancaster beach. The lodge is a perfect bolthole for couples, to enjoy all year round, for a short break, mid-week stay or even longer break. It makes a perfect base to explore the North Norfolk Heritage coast with it's excellent beaches, stately homes, RSPB reserves, charming villages and excellent quality restaurants.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Great location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. One bed annex with shower room and a sofa bed in living area for one adult or child . There is a small pantry unit with microwave/toaster/fridge/coffee machine/kettle, there is NO full kitchen so no sink/cooker. Walking distance to Heacham beach. Hunstanton Town with beach & fairground a 5 min drive. Norfolk Lavender field, Tesco Express has a cash machine. Burnham Market, Titchwell for birdwatching short ride around the coast.
