One bedroom, one bathroom, hotplate, toaster oven, fridge, pull-out couch, living room, cute little wood burning stove. 5 minute drive to the cove/ferry terminal. Relax on your private patio after visiting the lakes/ beaches, or shopping in the cove. Wifi TV w/Firestick. Queen bed. Note we are a 45 min walk uphill from the ferry. Birch Bay's Little House est. 2019

Located in Birch Bay, WA, near Semiahmoo. Beach access is 1.6 miles away. You will be greeted with simple design, relaxing decor and lots of natural light. This little house has personality. Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club is 2.9 miles from the house. We are 6 miles from I-5, a 15 minute drive from the Canadian border and Blaine, and 23 miles from Bellingham International Airport. Birch Bay State Park is 5 miles or a 15 minute drive from the house for clamming, playground, and day camping.

Resort day passes available for extra charge of $20. per person for a full day of all facilities, outdoor heated pool/sauna/steam room/gym etc.

Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

Guest can enjoy access to tennis court & volleyball. Hiking, Biking, Boating, Kayaking, Sunsets, Beach Combing, it's all here. Our condo is in a gated community.
