Superb view and location! The most convenient and beautiful spot. Beach out the front, crystal clear water, a stones throw to cafes & restaurants, and shops. Easy access to walks, convenient parking. We were a group of 6 + a toddler and it worked well. The large balcony was great for all to sit around and enjoy the view. Kitchen sufficiently equipped to cook dinner for 6. Antonia is a great friendly host who met us on arrival. Very responsive to queries. Easy instructions. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

Sehr tolles Airbnb, wir hatten sehr schöne Tage! Der Ausblick aus den zwei Balkone ist wunderschön. Vincente gibt einem genaue Anweisungen, damit man die Unterkunft super erreichen kann. ☺️

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

The apartment was very clean and is in an excellent location. The front balcony looks out on the beach and the harbour. It is a lovely spot to start the day. There is also a rear balcony that catches the late sun. Overall an excellent apartment

An excellent place to stay in Cala D’Or, perfect for access to the marina with great views from the balcony. Restaurants and bars close by in the marina and the busier Centre of Cala d’Or within walking distance or a very cheap taxi drive away if you have tired kids with you. Swimming pool is perfect and accommodation is spotless, well equipped and has everything you need. Host is very helpful and responsive but also very discreet. Would definitely recommend and will stay there the next time we’re planning a trip to Cala D’Or.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Jorg’s place. The place was exactly as described and in photos. Clean, well kept, amazing private balcony, easy parking (but definitely need a small car…our rental fit but it was tight getting into complex). Lots to do in the area and especially loved the food and atmosphere at Le Seazon! Thank you Jorg!

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig ausgestattet. Wir waren als 4 Köpfige Familie in der Wohnung. Das Doppelbett ist für zwei Erwachsene kuschlig, da es eher ein Französisches Doppelbett ist und kein klassisches Doppelbett. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone im 4ten Stock. Bei kühleren Temperaturen kann über die Klimaanlage geheizt werden. Zudem steht ein kleiner Heizradiator zur Verfügung. Da wir viel Zeit im Freien und Unterwegs verbracht haben, war die Wohnung für uns perfekt um die Insel zu erkunden.

The location was stunning! Perfect accommodation for a short family holiday. Gorgeous views from the balcony and deck, plenty of space for everyone and right near exquisite beaches. The nearest town, Santanyí, is only a 10-12 minute drive away (make sure you check out the markets on Sat or Wed). Wifi and network coverage is a little slow and patchy at times and you need to grab drinking water from a supermarket on your way as the tap water is salty and not drinkable. Jennifer was an attentive host who gave clear instructions, thought of everything and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This isn't just a holiday home, it's a real family home away from home. We've been here before and we'll definitely be back. Maria is a great host. Everything was all set for us and the villa's even been upgraded with new appliances, bedding and outdoor furniture. The view is still fantastic, and Portocolom is cute and peaceful. We give it five stars!

Der 180 Grad Blick raubt einem von ersten Augenblick an den Atem, einfach wunderschön. Da wir die Insel zum ersten Mal besucht haben, haben wir einige Ausflüge unternommen. Die Rückkehr zu der Aussicht in der Unterkunft von Marion & Ben ist großartig. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben zwar nicht gekocht, denken jedoch, dass alles vorhanden ist. Die Stufen in den Felsen laden zur noch Meer-Nähe ein und lassen einen wirklich runterkommen. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und lassen es einen spüren, dass sie ihr Haus lieben und den großartigen Ort mit anderen gerne teilen. Wir wären gerne länger als 11 Nächte geblieben. Der nächste Gast, kann sich sehr über den Besuch freuen.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) haben uns sofort und die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist "heimelig" und schön dekoriert mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Anlage war ruhig (Okt/Nov) und gut gelegen für Ausflüge in den Süden und Osten der Insel (ca. 1 Std Autofahrt). In fußläufiger oder kurzer Entfernung findet sich alles notwendige zur Verpflegung und gute Restaurants. Die Küche ist etwas klein, wenn man viel im Haus kocht, aber trotzdem praktikabel und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden es mit dem jetzigen Wissen wieder buchen. De host Carmen was erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De omgeving was rustig, een huurauto kwam goed van pas. Het huisje beviel ons prima! Enige minpunt: we konden geen gebruik maken van het bad. Verder waren we tevreden!

We had a great stay at Gabriel’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is perfect – just a short walk to a beautiful beach, great restaurants, bars, a small SPAR with fresh croissants and baguettes, and a larger Mercadona supermarket. The kitchen had everything we needed: toaster, microwave, oven, basic spices, oil, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses. We appreciated the baby crib, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, and vacuum. The two bathrooms were a big plus for a family. The outdoor seating area was lovely and perfect for relaxing. Parking on the narrow street was a bit tricky with a rental car but still manageable. Communication with Gabriel was quick, helpful, and smooth throughout our stay. Everything was within easy reach. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back for another stay!

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dem Haus. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und meine zweijährige Tochter konnte viel alleine draußen ums Haus herum spielen und Dreirad und Laufrad fahren (ist beides vorhanden, genauso wie Sandspielzeug, Kuscheltiere, Kleinkindbücher). Der wunderschöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut geeignet für Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants und Cafés, wir haben aber immer in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auf der Terrasse gegessen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts und die Fenster lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Carmen und ihr Mann sind hervorragende Gastgeber und waren immer erreichbar für Fragen und Anliegen. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen!

Das Haus ist wunderschön direkt am Meer gelegen, die kleine Bucht mit Sandstrand lädt zum Baden ein. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist phantastisch. Wir haben es genossen hier zu verweilen, zu grillen und die Sonne zu genießen. Das Haus ist gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

This place is a dream. Only a few minutes walk to your own private jump rock along with a shared pool. The views from the balcony and roof are simply stunning. Superb kitchen and entertaining area absolutely lovely place to spend the week in Mallorca couldn’t recommend any more!!

This was our second time staying in Luis’ lovely flat and we will be back again I’m sure! Comfortable and clean in an amazing location, it’s the perfect spot for a family holiday. We had some small hiccups during the week and Luis was very responsive and extremely helpful. A great experience!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

L’appartement est impeccable et conforme à l’annonce. L’immeuble est calme, facile d’accès et bien sécurisé. Luis est super hôte, réactif et plein de bon conseil. Je recommande sans hésité !

Eine schöne private Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Die Terrasse mit einer phantastischen Aussicht hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Der Hafen mit Strand ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Diana war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons pu compter sur Maxim très réactif.L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, aux photos et aux commentaires. Le studio est particulièrement propre, fonctionnel , avec un grand balcon, à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft und in der Nebensaison ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, vielen Dank!

Toni’s place was perfect. He provided everything you could need including beach towels. The place was super walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The best part of the Airbnb was definitely Toni, the host. He was sooo responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.
