We offer a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a seaview terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee and relax with stunning sunset everyday. In the garden we have a big private pool (6×12mt), a BBQ, toys for kids, parking area. At the graundfloor there is a playroom. Make your stay unforgettable!

Dotata di piscina privata dove potersi rilassare e divertire nelle ore di punta delle spiagge, senza rinunciare alla vista sul mare. Gli spazi all'esterno con prato inglese e piante ornamentali, sono dotati di ogni comfort per trascorrere all'aperto le giornate con lettini, amache, barbecue, doccie esterne e grandi gazebi dove poter pranzare e cenare in completo relax.

It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
