Paula's place was comfortable a home away from home. we were given local attraction advice which was very helpful. The peaceful morning and evening walks were great. highly recommend Paula's home.

A Casa do Trovador superou as expectativas. Já esperavamos uma casa espaçosa e com vários pontos de destaque. Mas ao chegar, achámos que as fotos não fazem justiça à vista e à localização. Com vários espaços de lazer, mesmo com o tempo menos favorável, foi uma estadia muito agradável. A comunicação foi impecável em todos os momentos. Recomendo imenso para grupos e famílias que queiram passar tempo juntos onde espaço não falta!

This was likely the best experience we’ve ever had on Airbnb! The home exceeded all expectations—beautifully presented, incredibly comfortable, and even better than described. Our group of 13 had an incredible time at this lakeside house! The accommodations were super comfortable, providing ample space for all of us. The highlight was definitely the fantastic outdoor area, perfect for group gatherings and relaxation. Nuno, the host, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We took advantage of the boat rental for water sports like skiing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing, and it was an absolute blast. Nuno's expertise and equipment made it all possible, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a lakeside retreat with a fantastic host and plenty of fun activities, this is the place to be. Our group had a fantastic time, and we can't wait to come back for more adventures by the lake!

Wonderful, restored (now modern with nice furnishings) mill house. Very charming with lovely outdoor sitting areas and garden. Nice living room overlooking the river. Good location for visiting Coimbra and the schist villages and for doing nice hikes in the hills. Nice to have four mountain bikes to explore on. David was very responsive and provided good local recommendations.

Our stay at Villa Albertina was just amazing and so peaceful. The house is at a small town with a convenient coffee shop (the only constant source of food and drinks ) just by the house. It is 5 to 10 to 15 minutes away from the different beaches along side de Zêzere river. The drive to these beaches is really enjoyable with trees alongside the road, and to be honest, to us, the town was an amazing starting point to drive around and explore different areas. The house has a garden with a terrace and dinner table to eat outside, a big kitchen with everything you could need, the shower was just great, there is not even one negative point. The sky is amazing at nights and everything is so quiet. For buying food there is 2 options, or you drive till the closest town with a market (Vila do Rei is 15 mins away max), our you can wait in the mornings for the different trucks that bring bread, veggies and meat to town for you to buy directly from them, you just gotta relax at the garden until you listen the trucks honk announcing their arrival. Only advice is, as it is obvious from my review, do not stay here if you don't come with a car, unless you want to stay at home and relax everyday. Communication was great and everyone show a genuine interest for us to be comfortable, have everything we needed, and for the house to be in perfect shape upon our arrival. Couldn't be happier, we a sure we will return some day.

Le paradis ! un havre de paix, entouré de la rivière, de la nature. Une maison absolument magnifique et tout confort. Nous nous sommes vraiment ressourcés et notre passage de 3 jours chez Paula a été le notre meilleure expérience au Portugal. Les alentours sont splendides: les petits villages de schiste, la campagne, Coimbra, les maisons des villages aux alentours, les jardins. Nous envisageons un jour de revenir, c'est une maison qui créée des souvenirs !

Mooi appartement, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Vriendelijk ontvangen en tips gekregen van de omgeving. Heerlijk buiten op het balkon zitten. Een aanrader om te verblijven!

Excelente sitio para descansar/relaxar. Paisagem maravilhosa ao acordar e um silêncio perfeito de dia e de noite. Estúdio ótimo, fiel às imagens do anúncio, com todas as condições bastante limpo e arrumado. Recomendo bastante!

O sítio é perfeito para escapar do stress do dia a dia. Com a barragem a 2 minutos a pé e kayaks ao dispor não há nada melhor. Perfeito para explorar a natureza à volta e conhecer mais do belo país que temos. O contacto e as interações com o Pedro foram sempre impecáveis. 100% recomendável.

Très beau logement, bien équipé. Bel environnement en pleine nature. Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

We had a really nice stay here. The views from the pool are incredible! The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of trails a short drive away. My partner used the canoe and went out on the lake. The owner lives next door and is very relaxed and friendly. We took our dog and she got on very well with his two dogs. If you have a baby it’s worth asking in advance if you need a cot as we didn’t do this and one wasn’t available. If your baby is very mobile it wouldn’t be very safe on the pool deck as there is a big-ish drop.

Experiência fantástica! A casa e o espaço são exatamente como mostrado nas fotos. Localização perfeita para quem quer relaxar e ao mesmo tempo explorar a beleza de Tomar. Vista deslumbrante e um ambiente que transmite paz. Recomendo vivamente o Paraíso Azul para quem procura um refugio calmo. Havemos de voltar!

It's an excellent location, facing the lake. It's very peaceful. Pedro always replies promptly. I highly recommend it. I want to book again for my next vacation.

Ficar hospedado com o Jorge foi uma experiência muito diferente. É um local histórico e numa localização incrível. Tanto o prédio tem sua estrutura física com essas características muito únicas ligadas à historia de Condexa e seu estilo de vida, bem como estar na frente de uma área histórica com mais de 2.000 anos feitas pelos Romanos dá um ar totalmente diferenciado para a hospedagem. Sem contar que a localização é perfeita para quem vai usar de base para rodar a região de Coimbra, Coninbriga, Pombal e outras do entorno. Clima de campo com fácil acesso, excelente localização e uma boa estrutura para uma excelente estadia , e ainda uma comunicação fácil e ágil com o Jorge. Agradecemos a nossa hospedagem. ALOHA!

Million dollar view, amazing area and peaceful place to have a great time to enjoy our vacation

This is a great space in a real out-of-the-way part of Portugal. Tired of big city tourism? Try this property. Tiny villages dot the hills and you get an old world sense of Portugal here. The pool is the real star of the property here (as are Eric's three dogs, one of which lounged with us each morning) as it overlooks he view of the river. We did use the kayaks as well. It is hard to get to them down a very steep hill with ladders and a bit of minor repelling. Not for those with a bad knee or hip. Which gets me to, accessing the apartments, particularly the lower unit, is tricky. Steep, slanting and uneven steps that can be a little slippery. Perhaps not for the elderly. Hint for improvement would be to upgrade the furnishings and kitchenware. The knives couldn't cut an orange.
