Der große, wunderschön angelegte Garten wird nur durch Sie alleine genutzt. Es gibt vor der Wohnung eine große Terrasse, von der Sie auch das Meer sehen können. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der 400 qm große Garten mit einem kleinen 2,50 x 1,50 m Pool, Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und einer Außendusche. Auch der Pool wird nur von Ihnen genutzt.
