Your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, 25 meters up from the lodge. With your own private garden, wake up in nature and in the evenings enjoy the magical sound of the Nightingales in the evening which takes place only in Spring.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Un environnement tranquille pour se détendre et profiter de la paix et du calme. Un cottage unique à proximité de la forêt de Ashdown, offrant un court de tennis (non couvert) et une piscine extérieure (chauffée de juin à août). Le cottage a deux chambres, une avec un lit double et une avec deux lits simples. Il a son propre jardin.
