Place by the lake

East facing, don't just wake up to an amazing sunrise, but also a beautiful lake view. Very tranquil. A place to escape, but still close to the cities and its football games, Dallas stadium. The property is located on the lake, it has space to park a boat with a 2 min drive to public boat ramp. Great spot for fishing! Eventhough my kids grew up here, this is not a child friendly home. There is no fence from house lake, the stairs not have standard rails. Do contact me with questions.

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

The quiet neighborhood allows you to sleep in peace & feel safe. Hang out in the shaded backyard, sit by the pond across the street or play frisbee at the nearby park. Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
