Contemporary Light Filled Apartment Close to the City Centre

Walk home along the Union Canal and then kick back on the sofa after a day exploring Edinburgh. This bright flat boasts an open concept with a white palette enhanced with pops of bright colour. It benefits from underground parking. The apartment is situated in a modern development in Shandon to the west of the City Centre. Within the flat there is one bedroom with a king sized bed with high quality linens and plenty of wardrobe space. A spacious hall leads into a bright open plan living room/kitchen with a large sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rainforest shower as well as a handheld shower head. Toiletries and towels are provided. Within the development there is a shared garden and underground parking where you will have one allocated parking space with key fob. There is also secure bike storage available. BT TV Wifi Underground Parking I will do my best to meet every guest on arrival but if this is not possible I have a key safe installed for flexibility. I live in Edinburgh with my girlfriend and therefore one of us will always be around should you need any assistance. The apartment is in Shandon, a residential district to the west of Edinburgh city centre. It’s next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal. There are good transport links to the centre and the airport. The bus stop is located a minute walk from the flat, from which there are regular buses to the city centre (10 mins) or to the airport (45 mins), if you are driving or getting a taxi to the airport then should only take around 20 mins depending on traffic. A taxi into town would take around 5-10 mins or it is a 30 minute walk.

Tranquil Retreat in the City/Free parking/Wifi

Our spacious house is absolutely perfect for family/extended family time in Edinburgh. The house, in a superb location provides the ideal base to explore the sights. Situated in a leafy crescent in up-market Merchiston this modern house has all the facilities of Bruntsfield and Morningside on the doorstep yet is only a short bus ride or scenic walk into the centre. With a private entrance, free parking in the drive and a lush garden all to yourselves this is the ideal place to stay. (NO PARTIES)

Bus/tram stops nearby with regular services to the airport, mainline station and tourist attractions. Public transport is cheap and efficient and there is ready access to attractions outside the city including Glasgow, Stirling, the Forth Bridges and to the highlands. Claddagh

Situated 2.5 miles to the west of Edinburgh City Centre (15mins by bus), this deceptively spacious 3 Bedroom house is attached to but separate from the host’s main residence, having its own private entrance and outside space to the front. Disabled access is via a private lane to the rear of the property. (Arrange with host). The ground floor accommodation has a bedroom, toilet and wet room, ideal for guests who cannot manage stairs. Travel cot and high chair available for our smaller guests.

It’s a bright sunny apartment with good quality furnishings, original artwork and thoughtfully decorated making it a comfortable home. Cot, high chair are available upon request The apartment is situated in the trendy neighborhood of Bruntsfield, a buzzing cultural hub that’s brimming with exciting eateries and shops.

Direct buses from both Waverley Train Station, with plenty of buses to all major tourist interests, Top floor flat in a traditional Victorian terrace (no lift). A cosy home with lovely and colourful decor, the flat comfortably accommodates four people with a double bed and one sofa bed.
