Relax in the stylish, roomy studio in the heart of wine country. Just 14 miles from Spirit Mountain Casino, 21 miles from McMinnville, 41 miles to Lincoln City and 27 miles to Salem.

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room for their current local job.

A 40 minute drive will take you to the top of Mary's Peak, while the Pacific coast is just an hour away!

This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. An exclusive stay at the top of Vineyard Mountain in Corvallis, Oregon allows you to escape to an incredibly beautiful space akin to a hobbit style wine cellar. With three sides of the structure being underground, and the east side consisting of glass walls facing the snow capped peaks of the Cascade mountains in the distance, you will be overwhelmed with the natural beauty from both inside and outside of the home.

Brand new construction in the heart of Corvallis! You will love this private bungalow surrounded by blueberry bushes and a unique outdoor living space. Inside, you'll find a large open concept living room and kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful glass tile backsplash. The living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two while the private bedroom has a queen size bed. Gorgeous tile in the bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your use.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Lincoln Block House is a beautiful, comfortable cabinish home in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We are a day trip away from the Oregon Coast, the mountains or the city. We are in SW Albany so super easy to get onto Highway 34 and get yourselves to OSU campus. We are also 45 mins away from U of O Campus. My husband and I built this house ourselves and would love to share its special charm with you. A true home away from home.
