This is situated in the grounds of a three acre smallholding, overlooking the field with ponies grazing, this accommodation will give you a peaceful break in the countryside, whether you are taking a break, seeking accommodation for visiting relatives or on business. A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in / late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Comfortable and Cozy One Bed

Everything you require for a relaxing stay. All pubs, restaurants are in walking distance. It’s a 3 minute walk or so to Biggleswade Train Station which takes 34 minutes to London Kings Cross. Local town markets on Wednesday and Saturday. If your driving, then it takes 7 minutes from the A1M motorway. Please note you will find some personal items of mine in the flat as I live here too when not working away from home. I do not stay at the flat when guests are there.

Wheathampstead Place, Ground Floor - Two Bedrooms

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.

Annex

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
