Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

The Barn is a self contained annex attached to our house, The Old Bakery, but with its own private access. We also have "The Cob" and "The Bakehouse", each suitable for 2 adults. Situated in an idyllic quiet position overlooking our garden and field beyond, in the historic village of Thriplow. A minutes walk and you reach the award winning community run gastro pub. Only 8 miles from Cambridge, so perfect for working in the city or surrounding area - a homely alternative to a hotel.

The village is very near Wimpole Estate (NT) for beautiful walks and only 15 minutes drive from the historic city of Cambridge. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in / late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)
