This traditional stone croft house was fully renovated & extended in 2015. It now has a light, modern interior, holding on to some traditional features. 3 bedrooms are light and in neutral colours. The open plan living kitchen area boasts a vaulted ceiling and country cottage style kitchen, with walk in larder cupboard. Relax in the evening in front of a roaring fire, or explore the beach which is just a 2 minute walk away! A great location to explore Yell, Unst, Fetlar & the north of Shetland.

Waddle Self Catering

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

Sea views, sunsets, space and solitude in a converted stone built chapel. Renovated to a high standard in 2014, it provides all the home comforts you need in a beautiful location with sea views. There is private parking at the house. The charming village of Vidlin has a well stocked shop within walking distance and a service bus route nearby. In the centre of the village is an attractive marina. The nearest pub in Brae is 10 miles away and it’s just 22 miles to the ferry port of Lerwick.

Bothy Be Wast

Really get away from it all in this unique secluded bothy tucked away on the west coast of the Whiteness peninsula on the shore of the beautiful Stromness Voe. Take a 5-10min stroll over the hill and down to the bothy nestled among reeds on the shore to feel a thousand miles from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 4 persons with power supplied via 240V battery power pack. Drinking water will be supplied and shower/sink supply will be topped up as required.

The garden is large, the views north, west and south especially, allow undisturbed views of sea, sky +hill. There is a perfect spot to sit by the fire pit and view the Aurora (merrie dancers) if you’re lucky x

The Peerie Neuk is a sustainably built tiny eco home with all the comforts of a cosy house just a bit tinier! There is a double bed and fold out sofa, suitable for one adult or two children. There’s is a small kitchen with hob, kettle and little fridge (large enough for two bottles of prosecco 🤣). There is a wood burning stove with oven. The oven will keep things warm. There’s on demand hot water, shower and compost toilet.

Our cosy and homely 2 bedroom semi-detached house is situated in the heart of Lerwick with a much desired sea view. This waterfront property over looks Brei Wick (Bay) and some of Lerwick’s most attracted locations. Just down from the main road you can join a beautiful coastal walk around the peninsula known as the Knab. On the opposite side of this bay there is longer circular trail around the Ness of Sound.
