Built in 2024, this luxury private villa features a heated pool and nearly 200 m² of space for up to 10 guests. It’s furnished with high-quality equipment and furniture. Just 15 minutes' walk to Ohama Beach (3-minute drive), the spacious living/dining/kitchen room on the upper floor connects to a large BBQ deck with ocean and Izu Islands views. The bedrooms on the lower floor have direct access to the private pool deck, where you can enjoy the ocean views. Free parking for 3 cars is provided.

Hosts live on the same site. Visitors are strictly prohibited. Nor member change. (Please understand that there have been troubles in the past.) The mountain-side room has large windows to watch wild birds and see treetops at eye level, giving a unique feeling of staying in a treehouse.
