You have 60 feet of lake front with two docks to bring your lake toys or rent a pontoon for the day/weekend or week. Full size kitchen, washer and dryer, two big smart tv's with cable and wifi. The 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is perfect place to relax after a day at the lake. Option to rent our 1990 20ft Smokercraft pontoon.

There are two bicycles available for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as a canoe, 3 kayaks, and paddle boat to use on the water. Shipshewana is a quick 15-mile drive away through beautiful Amish countryside.

It is also a short 15 minutes from Shipshewana and all the attractions there (The MEC, Bluegate, and the flea market). The sweet town of Middlebury is also just 10 minutes away which is where you can find the Das Dutchman EssenHaus and other Amish attractions.

Huge open concept with plenty of light. Take a .23 mile walk to our private beach, lounge by the pier, or rent a boat and head to the best sand bar in the Midwest. Lake Wawasee is the largest natural lake in Indiana. It offers great skiing and fishing, 3 restaurants you can enjoy by boat and the best sunrise/sunset boat cruises you can imagine. The house is only 5 minutes from either Syracuse or North Webster to check out the local shopping boutiques and farmers markets.
