The Fairytale : a lakeshore villa in Albania

Beautiful & characteristic Albanian-style guesthouse situated on the shores of the breathtaking Shkodra-lake national park. Situated just 6 km from the vibrant city Shkodra, 15 km from the Montenegrin border, 30 km from the Velipoja beach its is perfect base for trips to the Albanian Alps (Theth, Valbona, Koman). The guesthouse has its own entrance, a private terrace and access to the swimming pool (shared) and garden (shared). An excellent place to enjoy and relax.

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Set in Virpazar, 1.2 km from Lake Skadar, Villa SEMEDER provides a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a garden with a barbecue. This villa features a terrace.
