Shoreham Beach Guest suite

Two large stylish bedrooms, opposite beautiful Shoreham Beach. Both are light & airy and have their own seating areas. The beds are 5ft and there is also room for children's beds. We have a travel cot & small mattress should you require. The suite is accessed by a private entrance and has a small partly covered outdoor area at the front. An internal lockable fire door keeps the rooms private from main house. There is no kitchen. It's perfect for a seaside break literally 30 secs from the beach!

There is so much to do within walking distance including the beach and its attractions. Great attention to detail and utilisation of the space allowing the property to cater for various sized groups. Beautiful design and ambience.

Our lovely 2 bedroom apartment is located right on the promenade, with stunning views out to sea and down the coast. It's on the second floor of a period property situated just a few minutes walk from the numerous town centre amenities, the pier and of course the beach! There is room to sleep up to 6 guests and the apartment is ideal for a seaside mini break for both friends and families.

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
