Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Misty is a 57ft narrowboat moored without neighbours, on the quiet Little Ouse River. Your stay here offers peace and quiet , with close up views of the natural surroundings and local wildlife, such as Kingfishers, Egrets and Otters. The perfect location to get away from life's hustle and bustle, a chance to relax and unwind. The sun rises over the bow and no street lights means great views of the night sky and the milky way can often be seen, as bats swoop overhead. A little slice of heaven.

It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.
