Имаме и собствен Язовир за фенове на риболова на 15 км от къщата. Обекта е под видео наблюдение, както и паркинга пред къщата. Банкетната е оборудвана с мощна музика и има капацитет 25 души. Капацитета на къщата е до 13 души разпределението на стаите е три тройни и две двойни с 2 бани и 3 ВЦ. Кухнята е оборудвана със всичката необходима посуда и ел.уреди
