The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house, thoughtfully built using stones gathered from the hills overlooking Rogoznica. Nestled among olive trees on a hillside, it is just a 3-minute drive (12 minute walk) from the main road and the nearest beach. With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. Turističkom turom brodom u Nacionalni park Kornati. 40 minuta vožnje automobilom do Nacionalnog parka Krka. Unescovi spomenici: tvrđava Svetog Nikole i Katedrala Svetog Jakova.

Are you dreaming of a vacation in nature? No city noise, no neighbors, huge garden with fruits and vegetables, you can swing in a shade where and read a book, outside area to enjoy family time etc. All you need to do is to make sure you rent a car to get here. Nearby is National Park Krka, Monastery island Visovac, zipline Cikola, waterfall Roski slap etc. You can enjoy hiking, trekking, biking around the house.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
