Our chic and cozy studio apartments offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, we are close to nightlife, the airport, and the city center. A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.

Our unit is named after our Shih Tzu dog, Milo. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We offer free pick up from the airport/pier for 2 people so you can relax the moment you arrive Dumaguete and head straight to your unit. There is a restaurant, laundry shop (same day service) and nail salon onsite. We have a security guard on patrol at night and a standby generator set. We are also BIR Registered.

Marina Stay-Entire Condo

Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. It is only 24sq mtr total unit. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (queen sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new.
