Sicile : locations de vacances avec balcon

Over the past 10 years, we've stayed in 50 Airbnb's. The view from Guilia's place tops my list for best view and best welcome basket. Sitting on the terrace was the highlight of our trip! The apartment was clean & comfortable. Walking on the beach below the house and kayaking in the clear water was such a treat! We had a nice dinner at Kantuccio in Santa Flavia, but our favorite lunch was at La Nassa Bar - Tabacchi next to the Sissa grocery store in Santa Flavia. The pasta carbonara and swordfish rollotini were so good we went twice! The location of Guilia's place is an easy drive to Monreale Cathedrale and the colorful town, Borgo Parrini. There is free parking in front of the house, just be aware the driveway is curved and very steep. There are four separate apartments in the house, so parking can be tight. We chose to park across the street at the top of the driveway in the public parking lot which is free in the off season. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend!

Sea paradise is just that! This apartment is so beautiful and peaceful - you hear the ocean waves at all times and truly have your own little piece of paradise. The stone beach is beautiful and great for a little swim! Gabriella was the kindest host - so responsive and with great suggestions!! Couldn’t recommend this place more - we had a little girls trip and it was truly one of the best trips I’ve ever had!!! I can’t wait to come back

It was a lovely apartment in a great location and Eugenio was very responsive and gave us restaurant recommendations when asked. He also left us some wine and Sicilian delicacies on arrival, which was a nice touch. We had a great time at Eugenio’s apartment.

Saro, the property manager and the home owners exceeded our expectations. They were very gracious and made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were extremely happy with the way we were greeted, after a two (2) hour delayed arrival. The house itself was well equipped and had a brand new clothes washer. We had access to all the amenities in our private garage space. The house is located in a neighborhood where the local live their lives. We really enjoyed living there for our one (1) month stay. We felt like we became part of the community. The house is located around the corner to the beach, restaurants, and nearby towns. The house is clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. We hope one day to return to Pozzallo.

Staying at Maria’s place in Sicily was truly unforgettable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most breathtaking view—facing both the sea and majestic Mount Etna. One night, we were lucky enough to witness Etna erupting from the balcony. It felt like something out of a movie—absolutely magical and awe-inspiring. The restaurant in walking distance opens at 19:00 every day and serves amazing sea food and pizza at a good price. Maria was a warm and attentive host, always available for anything we needed, and she gave us great local tips that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough to just relax and soak in the beauty. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sicily!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Ich habe mich von Anfang an, sehr wohlgefühlt! Eine ruhige Seitengasse in der Altstadt von Ortiga. Alles sehr gut erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Das Stanza Arance ist eine tolle und außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, sehr durchdacht und elegant gestaltet. Es liegt so, dass man mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Ibla direkt vor der Tür belohnt wird. Elide ist eine Gastgeberin, die sehr zuvorkommend, äußerst hilfsbereit und schnell auf jede Frage antwortet und fantastische Hinweise gibt. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr freundlich und ich hatte einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Ragusa.

Villa was great although the location of the villa could be better. But if you have rented a car or have your own (as we did) then it is not so problematic. Villa was clean, all looked basically the same as in the pictures. The keyholder Carmen was very supportive and helpful. Her English was not so good, but the communication was manageable. For example she helped to find transportation to the local restaurants.

Gianfranco und seine Familie haben uns sehr nett in ihrem Ferienhaus willkommen geheißen. Sie waren rund um die Uhr für Fragen und Hilfe zur Stelle und haben das Haus sehr weihnachtlich dekoriert. Das Haus hat einen schönen Außenbereich und eine schöne Dachterrasse, welche wir auf Grund des Wetters leider nicht ausgiebig nutzen konnten. Das Airbnb ist 5 Auto-Minuten vom kleinen Dörfchen Mascali unweit vom Etna entfernt und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, um die Atmosphäre nochmal im Sommer zu genießen.

la casa vacanze "Colori di Sicilia" è una villetta con giardino molto ben tenuta e ben fornita. La casa ha anche una bella vista su Salina (una delle isole Eolie) anche se è necessaria una giornata tersa per vederla in dettaglio. La casa è immersa nel verde anche se è a pochi passi da altre abitazioni e una chiesa con un campanile che segna l'ora con uno stravagante scampanellio (non fastidioso). La dotazione dell'appartamento è ottima: cucina ben fornita di pentolame, stoviglie etc. (...per essere perfetta aggiungerei una padella bassa per spadellare le paste :-) ), larga disponibilità di asciugamani e saponi da bagno, buoni i letti (...sempre per raggiungere la perfezione cambierei uno dei due materassi -è deformato, ma la cosa non disturba il riposto- ;-) ), infine il WIFI è stato molto gradito. Utili le istruzioni per la raccolta differenziata (il servizio comunale mi pare funzionare bene), anche se abbiungerei un bidone per il residuo indifferenziato (...x essere "perfetti")

Ons verblijf was fantastisch! Wij werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en de eigenaren waren flexibel met de aankomst- en vertrektijd wat heel fijn was. Het is een enorm sfeervol huis met prachtige tuinen met veel beplanting. Wij hebben vooral in de voortuin gezeten (staat niet op de foto’s) waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten in de zon. Ook had de voortuin een schommelbank. Op de bovenverdieping is er prachtig uitzicht en een omheind balkon waar je overheen kunt lopen (staat niet op de foto’s). Dit was voor ons een leuke verrassing! De slaapkamers hebben fijne bedden en goede donkere luiken voor snachts. Het omgelegen dorp is rustig en stijl en had een lekkere bakker (je moet hiervoor wel goed te been zijn). Het is noodzakelijk om een auto te hebben als je de omgeving wilt verkennen. Straten rondom het huis zijn smal en stijl maar was zelfs met een grote auto voor ons opzich wel prima te doen. De eigen parkeerplaats was handig. Al met al zeker aan te raden!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Rosy und Desiré sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es liegt direkt am Meer (Steinstrand) und hat einen sehr schönen, grossen und eingezäunten Garten mit Grill. Der Strand vor der Tür ist leer und das Dorf ist wenig touristisch, zumindest im April. Es gibt ein paar Läden und Restaurants sowie einen Bahnhof in fussläufiger Distanz (15 Minuten) am Strand entlang.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, sowohl die Lage als auch das Haus an sich! Die Eigentümer sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnten wir sie jederzeit erreichen. Es gibt nichts, was uns gefehlt hat. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Immer wieder gerne!

What a great stay and lovely family! The apartment is perfect, convenient, clean and well located. Giorgia and Mattia checked on all our needs and are so thoughtful and kind. Their mom greeted us for check-in and was super helpful; beautiful person!! We would recommend, wonderful experience.

it was a pleasant stay, the appartement is nicely decorated and very well located ! the terrace is beautiful and Mario is very arrangeable. we stayed a month there and we have really enjoyed the place !

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, direkt vor den Toren der Stadt. Uns haben die Einrichtung und der minimalistische Stil der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Trotz der zentrumsnahen Lage war es im Schlafzimmer angenehm ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war unkompliziert. Geniesst unbedingt einen Kaffee am Morgen auf dem Balkon - herrliche Stimmung!

We loved the stay at Maria's AirBnB. The location is awesome, the place was very clean, and Maria was very responsive. She met us at the door when we arrived to greet us and show us around the apartment. It overlooks the confluence of Siracusa and Ortygia and overlooks the water. Everything is very walkable with a lot of great restaurants and shops in the area. It is very chic. Parking can be a challenge, but we managed.
