Welcome to our peaceful, homely self-contained annex ajoined to our family converted barn. With its own entrance, bathroom and a cosy log burner, it’s the perfect countryside hideaway. Outside, you can meet our friendly chickens in the courtyard & take in the views / stunning sunsets of the fields behind. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Step back in time and enjoy a stay in this fabulous 16th-century listed cottage, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Guests have exclusive use of a private wing of the property, featuring a cosy lounge with a log burner, a study/breakfast room, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Although I live in a separate area at the rear of the property, your accommodation is entirely private . I am close by if needed

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

The Little House

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
