Each has access to a modern luxury SHARED bathhouses, in dome electric fireplace, heat, fans, wet bar, work desk, fridge, coffee/tea set up and an outdoor patio + fire pit. Beach is a 7-minute walk. NO cooking is available in the unit, restaurants are 5 minutes down the road in Pacific City. Parking is located dome side. On arrival, please check in with site host first.

Ocean Terrace is located in Lincoln City's historic Taft district, on the quieter south end of town. The shops and restaurants on Siletz Bay are a 10-minute walk down Beach Avenue (or 15 minutes via the beach!). The "whale watching capital of Oregon," Depoe Bay, is just a 15-minute drive to the south, and Newport — home to the Oregon Coast Aquarium and a working fishing port — is about half an hour away.

Chart Room

Chart Room is a cozy, daylight basement studio ideal for one or two people; or add the "Crew's Quarters" for a family of up to five people. Knotty pine and nautical decor throughout, and a big view of the beach right in front. There is a small but mighty fully equipped kitchen, and cast iron wood-burning fireplace. This cottage is not an individual unit. It is part of our "Fourplex".
