S'Illot-Cala Morlanda : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We were worried to stay in a place that was around so many other apartments. We were worried it would be noisy unfriendly but it was really nice vibes and super friendly. The bar restaurant is very handy especially if you have a little one. Quick walk to the beach. In April not everything in the surrounding area is open which surprised us.

Perfect apartment for our family stay (parents and baby, with grandparents). Two separate bathrooms was a bonus. Right next to the main beach and with a pool as well. Florence was incredibly helpful, and provided lots of extras for our baby (high chair, cot, play mat) Highly recommended!

A recommander! Appartement très bien équipé, parfait avec des enfants avec l'accès à la plage direct, le magnifique vue. L'appartement est très propre. Joana est très attentive et s'adapte à nos horaires d'arrivée et départ. Des douceurs nous attendaient à notre arrivée. pour information, l'électricité est à régler à la fin du séjour.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Anlage und Wohnung sind absolut gepflegt, es war tipptopp sauber und die Ausstattung ist super, so dass man sich wie zuhause fühlen kann. Corinna und ihr Team waren absolut herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Auch die Lage der Wohnungen ist super, es war sehr ruhig, man konnte aber Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zwei wunderschöne Buchten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Wij zijn afgelopen week op vakantie geweest op Mallorca en verbleven in dit appartement. We hebben een dochter van 2. Pluspunten: campingbedje, handdoeken, strandlakens, speelgoed, speelgoed en benodigdheden voor het strand, paar blikjes koud drinken in de koelkast, je kan zelfs bakken op vakantie dus een goed ingerichte keuken, fijn overdekt balkon met lekkere bank waar wij elke avond op gechilled hebben, fijn contact met Laetitia en diegene die de deur opent en wat wij erg fijn vonden met onze dochter is dat de omgeving waar het appartement staat is afgesloten met 2 hekken en een poortdeur dus onze dochter kon nooit zomaar de weg op lopen. Echt een aanrader en wie weet komen we nog eens terug! Eigenlijk geen minpunt te bedenken voor ons.

Schöne Unterkunft, die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und zu unserer Zeit war die Anlage noch sehr ruhig. Iris ist eine tolle und proaktive Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation, der Check-in und Check-out super. Wir haben die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Definitiv eine Empfehlung.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Catalina und Juliàn sind super Gastgeber. Sie waren immer erreichbar und haben sich bei Fragen in kürzester Zeit gemeldet. Die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Es ist alles vor Ort, was zum Kochen, Grillen, Waschen etc. benötigt wird. Wir (6 Erwachsene + 1 Kind) haben uns in der Unterkunft wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a lovely week at Salva’s beach home. It is a cozy spot just a block from the beach, with plenty of outdoor space and a great rooftop and view of the ocean and town. The primary bedroom was on the second floor and it was nice to have a peaceful oasis, while our two teens had the downstairs bedrooms. We opted not to purchase the WiFi and enjoyed a digital detox for the week with lots of walks in the foothills (trail just 3 min from the house), beach explores, visits to surrounding towns (Artà, Colònia de Sant Pere, Sóller, Cala Rajada), and evening card games. There are also few great restaurants just a 10 minute walk from the house. We were there for Easter break, so the town felt very relaxed and pesceful. Salva helped us problem solve a few issues that came up and was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this spot, and plan to return. Wir hatten einen wunderbar ruhigen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt im kleinen Ort Betlem und war für uns ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Ganz besonders hat uns der Küstenwanderweg zu zwei türkisblauen Buchten gefallen. Er startet nahezu hinter dem Haus. Leider liegt der Ort Betlem schattig hinter einem Gebirge und jetzt im Herbst kam die Sonne morgens erst später zum Vorschein. Im Ort gibt es einen Mini Supermarkt mit morgens frischen Brötchen. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es uns in unserem Kurzurlaub an nichts gefehlt hat.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Jordi and Margalida were such incredible hosts. They were so sweet and so helpful with walking us through their beautiful property. Their airbnb had absolutely everything we could’ve asked for! Their home is so beautiful and I couldn’t have found a better stay than this one. Next time we’re in Mallorca, we’ll definitely be back!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Sebastia’s place was absolutely perfect for us. Nestled in the beautiful mountains and charming neighborhood of Soller, it was just a few minutes walk to downtown, very central and easy to get around, spacious, and clean ! Sebastia was an amazing host and left us welcome goodies for the week - wine, crackers, fresh fruits, and more. He gave us amazing recommendations for food in town, and was very responsive and considerate the entire trip. The home had perfect amenities for our toddler and two babies - set up with crib, high chair, and a large kitchen with a beautiful patio and orange tree. Parking was also close and easy and gave us flexibility to explore the rest of the island. Highly recommend this stay, and will definitely come visit again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Das alte Stadthaus hat unglaublich viel Charme, alles war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier an alles gedacht wurde. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

L appartement de David est très bien situé et très spacieux. L appartement dispose des équipements nécessaires et même plus ! Je recommande vivement se logement.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Nähe zu Ort und Strand ist bestechend, aber auch die Wohnung selbst hat uns gut gefallen. Die Bilder geben einen sehr passenden Eindruck! Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit zu erreichen und auch der Check-In lief ganz unkompliziert übers Handy. Einen Punkt Abzug für teils schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank und löchrige Bettwäsche - kein Drama, aber das muss beides nicht sein. Kurz vor Ostern waren einige Baustellen in direkter Nähe, aber das kommt vor.

Guillermo was a perfect host. He took the time to meet us at the property. And showed us around. He welcomed us with refreshments and food too which was so lovely. He really cared for us whilst we were there. His response time to messages was so fast. I cannot fault him or his home in any way. The kitchen had everything we needed..And all the beds and pillows were very comfy. Guillermo was super kind and accommodating in every way possible. We stayed at three different places on our holiday and Guillermo’s was by far our favourite. The property was in such a pretty setting, close to a lovely cove. And perfect for exploring the local area. Our favourite spot was the Llevant National park which had AmaIng walks and scenery. Arta was a pretty town with lots of nice places to eat and a great Market on Tuesday. There were many lovely beaches and we only wish we could have spent another week there.🙏

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at Toni’s apartment! The ocean view from every window in every room was absolutely breathtaking. Being just 20 meters from the beach, the location couldn’t be better. The area is very walkable, with a beautiful promenade stretching for miles, perfect for cycling, running, or strolling. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which offered a great variety of options. Inside, the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it easy for us to cook meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The fast broadband internet was a huge bonus, especially since we needed to stay connected during our trip. Overall, Toni’s apartment exceeded our expectations. It’s the great getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Luis. Le logement est propre, conforme à la description et très pratique. Il y a une belle vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. De plus, la location de l’appartement était parfaite, la plage et les commerces sont à proximité. La résidence est également très calme, avec une belle piscine :) Nous recommandons de passer un séjour chez Luis, si vous êtes de passage à Alcúdia !

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco
