Betsy’s place was just the retreat my friends and I needed. Private, quiet and adventurous walk to the beach. The house had some outdated appliances but everything was well kept and functioning. The only issue was the Airbnb not being cleaned by check in time. The housecleaner showed up late but she was professional and got right to work. Betsy was more than accommodating when she received the news and offered a refund on the cleaning fee. Betsy always communicated within a reasonable time making everything easy. 5/5 recommend this location. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is definitely in our top few. All the amenities are as described and the place was super clean. It’s very evident that the host poured their passion and resources in so many thoughtful details. We had a couple of sunny days on the lake but the last day the weather turned and got quite wet. Spending a rainy day indoors with a late breakfast while watching the lake and reading a book might have been my favorite.

Great access to the beach. We enjoyed the vacation home vibe. Hotel-quality fresh sheets, pillow, and towels. Great mattress. WiFi at 50 mps so work video meetings went smoothly. Thrilled to find a heavy duty card table in the closet - it served as a desk. We can see ourselves staying here again.

Personal preferences: Love being above tsunami zone; complementary views of rock garden behind and ocean waves in front; spacious workable kitchen space w/views; bathroom for each bedroom. Appreciate especially the thought that went into planning for individual comfort in each living space. Our second time here and will certainly hope to stay again.

Great place to hang out with family, we liked how much space your place had for our new years gathering, and the parking was great for the trailers. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

Amazing views, nothing better to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck. It was a shame the hot tub was out of commission. Otherwise everything was great and would stay here again.

Beautiful location and great home. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials, which is very much appreciated. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Overall we would highly recommend Noreen's home.
