La Villa #3 est une spacieuse villa de plage de quatre chambres et quatre salles de bains qui convient parfaitement aux familles, aux surfeurs et à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade décontractée sur l'île. La Villa #3 est l'une des trois villas du complexe, dotée d'une piscine commune commune et d'un salon extérieur. Il est situé à l'arrière des villas 1 et 2 et à proximité se trouve la grande piscine commune. À l'intérieur, les espaces de vie lumineux et aérés sont conçus pour le calme et la détente. Le salon et la salle à manger ouverts donnent sur un patio avec vue sur la piscine et la nature environnante, idéal pour prendre un café le matin ou pour prendre un coucher de soleil en soirée. La chambre principale se trouve à l'étage supérieur et dispose d'un balcon privé. Au niveau supérieur se trouvent également deux chambres spacieuses supplémentaires avec de nombreux rangements.
