Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful retreat for 2 very peaceful nights away with my wife and our two Labradors. The retreat is very private and quiet but only a 5 minute drive from town and a 10 minute walk to the local pub. Our dogs made full use of the field as we made full use of the hot tub.

Such a magical weekend, thank you for having us! It was so peaceful and the animals were all so beautiful (even if the alpacas were a bit cheeky) The hottub made a fabulous finish to each evening under the stars. We will definitely be coming again!

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

The White Cottage hosted by Sally was so beautiful. We had a lovely relaxing break. Felt at home straight away and could relax instantly. The garden and hot tub area was also beautiful. Cannot recommend enough and wish our stay was longer.

We just spent 2 nights at Fred and Charlotte's glamping retreat - and what a weekend! In a peaceful and private location, the accommodation is beautifully clean, well-equipped and was absolutely perfect for our group of 14! Especially loved the hot tub, fire pit area, spacious kitchen/ dining room and the on-site bar! We even had a yoga class in the field alongside the surrounding cows and horses! I would highly recommend to any other large groups looking for somewhere to stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Lizzy's place was wonderful. We were only there for a weekend and I would love to go back for a longer stay. There was plenty of space and the hot tub was a bonus. The property is also close to some very pretty villages and towns - highly recommended!

We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Lovely remote hideaway location. Not far from Kings Cliffe and lots of walking routes right from the door! Great stay and would highly recommend!

This was booked a few weeks before we stayed and suited us to the ground. Bicester Village was the perfect place close by to get to Oxford by train. Easy to get to Blenheim Palace for their opening Christmas Weekend and Festival of illuminations. The Property had everything you could wish for, air Fryer, Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge etc Christmas really did start early for as we were leaving with over an inch of snow on the Green and then 2 hours driving home in a Blizzard.

We've had a wonderful stay at the Old Forge. The cottage is very cosy and homely with enough space to spread out. The cottage is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub in, and a great spot to start a good country walk. Our doggies also loved being at the cottage!

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Jill’s place is very comfy and just as described in the listing. We had everything we needed and the setting was just beautiful. The tennis court was really top quality as well. Easy access to Chipping Campden and other towns in the Cotswolds

It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

Lovely place to stay with great facilities. Super host. Loved the small touches such as the access to children’s toys and wine on arrival. Fantastic views . We loved that we could watch the animals. The place felt very private and was in a great location to visit nearby towns. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.
