The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

The Pinewood Cabin gives a camping experience with the comforts of home. The cabin has been decorated using recycled products and mismatched design giving it a comfortable feel, an ideal place to stay for those seeking a more natural setting. Our newly fitted log burner gives a traditional and cosy feel allowing comfortable winter stays. There is also the opportunity to meet our permanent residents of horses, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, pigs and our lovely mule called 'Cookie'.

The stunning South West Coast Path is minutes from the Property. Newly refurbished Atlantic View has everything you need for a holiday or short break for family & friends at any time of year. Brecombe Barn is a self catering comfy two bedroom, Cornish stone barn, tucked away in a rural and quiet location close to the market town of St. Austell. Brecombe Barn is within a short driving distance of both north and south coasts and main tourist attractions inc The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project and Charlestown. Brecombe Barn is based close to owners property has its own private access, private parking and garden, is not overlooked and has views of surrounding fields.

The Farmhouse Annexe

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You'll discover our traditional Cornish self-contained annexe surrounded by daffodil fields, close to the beautiful Lizard peninsula with full use of a delightful enclosed private garden. The quintessential fishing village of Porthleven is a 10 minute drive, the cobbled streets of St Ives are 30 minutes, while the famous Poldark mine is less than 5 minutes by car. Local beaches include Dollar Cove, Church Cove, Poldhu and Kynance Cove.

The Taphouse, peaceful barn annexe on family farm

A peaceful annexe in a traditional barn conversion on our farm. Private patio area and secure bike or Kayak storage. The village and surrounding area has an abundance of quality pubs and restaurants serving local produce. Stithians village has a shop, a pub, and is ideally situated for touring Cornwall and National Trust sites. The North and South coast are close by and there are many ideal walks and cycle routes. There is also sailing and water sports on Stithians Reservoir.

Lamarth Farm Cottage

Lamarth Farm Cottage is part of a new extension to our farmhouse. It is a modern comfortable 2 bedroom cottage, which is dog friendly and ideally situated for exploring the Lizard Peninsula and West Cornwall. You don't need to go far from Lamarth Farm to find sandy beaches, the SW coastal path and small villages with wonderful restaurants and pubs Kynance Cove, St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point, Porthleven and the Helford River and so many more just waiting to be discovered…

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

In the opposite direction just a 10 minute walk you will find The Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach and popular beach cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, a bakery, takeaway cafe and paddle board hire. The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.
