Central AC added Spring 2026. The cottage is the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking, and relaxing on the deck. The dock and four kayaks allow you to explore, fish, and float the day away. Fenced back yard and no carpet welcome the pups. Fishing poles provided and fish with no license required. Watch the sunset over the lake from the living room window, large deck, or cookover firepit. Red Pine Cabin Cozy & Relaxing

Take a step back in time and enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway. Red Pine Cabin is secluded and set back 3 acres along the drive. Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes a 20' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.
