We are 5.8 miles from either the San Juan Ferry or the Guemes Island Ferry, where you can bike/walk on/drive on for a perfect day trip to explore the beautiful San Juan Islands or enjoy the community of Guemes Island. This is a converted “Themed” 1972 Gillig School Bus privately parked w/ a Comfortable Queen bed, Full RV Bathroom, interior paint, new carpet, vanity, dining table, Fireplace, TV, Xbox, Full kitchen with stove, refridge, oven, microwave and dishes, linens included. It is connected to City Water/Power. Tankless hotwater system which is temperamental for the shower, but great for the sinks. Lots of nearby hikes, bike rides, beach walks, kayak paddles, bird watching, tulip fields, crabbing, fishing, clamming.

Our 20’ Kodiak Cub is the perfect landing spot for those wanting to get away, but not break the bank while doing it! We’re outside the hustle and bustle, but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest grocery store.
