Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.

Historic Bellingham Hideaway - Walk Downtown

(USE2019-0012) This is a 900sf main level 1 bedroom apartment in a 100+ year old updated Craftsman duplex on the north edge of Bellingham's central business district. Very comfortable king sized bed with cotton sheets and pillow cases. Living room Queen sofa bed available upon request. Bathroom access is through the bedroom, making this appropriate for families. This is a great spot for any one who wants to walk or bike around and see Bellingham!
