Our one of a kind “Skoolie” experience offers all the amenities of home packed into a 40’ renovated school bus. The skoolie is parked right on the Skagit River offering the possibly of elk and deer as well as river otters, beavers and occasional bald eagles flying overhead. We are close to many outdoor hiking adventures, lakes and fishing opportunities.

A 35’ fifth wheel, hooked up to water, power, and septic, has 3 slides, with a nice front porch, deck, and everything you will need to have the perfect stay in the country. A king size bed, large corner shower in the bathroom, and porcelain toilet. TV in both the living room and bedroom. Plenty of parking, and a private area all you yourself! Pets are allowed, with a $350/pet. Bring your horse along, as we have a fully fenced pasture and barn.

Overlook Golf Course, Little Mountain trails, the Big Lake Bar and Grill and Centennial Trail are also a short drive away.
