Our incredible homestead nestled in the woods is the perfect place to make memories. Make it a getaway in the Gorge. Step outside for a walk in the woods or along the river where peace and beauty will surround you. Trails and rivers are all in the backyard! Take an authentic Finnish wood fired sauna with hot water and cold plunge (add as an extra) or gaze at the grand stone fireplace after watching the salmon spawning on the river. Possibilities for local recreation in the gorge also abound.

Make lasting memories at this newly renovated, stylish riverfront retreat on 8 acres along the Washougal River. The house offers 2 bedrooms — a king bed and a queen bed — and 2 full baths. There is also a queen sleeper sofa downstairs and a full couch pull out upstairs. The separate ADU bedroom includes a king bed and its own deck. Your own private retreat- stunning modern cabin on 16 secluded acres in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge — just 45 minutes from Portland. Soaring wall of windows and views of cedar trees and seasonal creek. After a day exploring the Gorge, unwind in the oversized soaking tub with forest views. The daylight lower level includes two bunk rooms and a full bath. Enjoy mornings on the porch and evenings around the fire. Wood-fired hot tub available upon request for an additional $75 fee.

Separate bdrm with sink; full bath, full kitchen, den w/couch-pull out queen bed, lounge beside window, gas wall fireplace, outdoor tub/shower, deck overlooking forest. Chickens on site. Environmentally friendly, many construction materials are considered LEED certification worthy. Lots of windows. Backyard deck, metal chiminea, gas BBQ. No TV.

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.
