Centrally located house in Skien

The house is centrally located in Skien, only 300 meters from the railway station/bus stop, which also has direct connection to both Torp and Gardermoen Airport. To Porsgrunn the estimated travelling time is 8 minutes by train. Bus M3 goes downtown to the main bus station, before it continues on to Herkules, Skien Fritidspark and Porsgrunn. The nearest convenience store, Kiwi, is 500 meters away, and downtown Skien about 1,5 kilometer away. In other words you can walk to everything. If you are travelling by car, you can park the vehichle for free on the premises. The 115 m2 (living space) house is built in the late 1920s by my great-grandfather & grandfather. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, and a small bathroom with a shower right next to it. The toilet is literally one step away in the hallway. The living room is quite spacious with a 50-inch TV, Blu-ray player, and some Blu-ray videos for your pleasure. Between the bedroom and the living room is a well-stocked kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed, and it is a sink in the room as well. The living room is divided into two parts. In the "TV-part" there is a IKEA-sofa which can be folded out to a double bed. In the "dining part" it is also a sofa which can be used as a single bed. It is as well another small room with one single bed. There is a another kitchen with stove and fridge between the master bedroom and living room. In the basement it is a somewhat bigger bathroom with another shower. If you need to wash your clothes, it is a washer in the basement. It is no dryer in the house, but you can dry your clothes in the garden weather permitting (or inside). The garden itself is quite big and has 5 apple trees. In season it is of course possible to pick some apples for personal consumption. Almost all the rooms in the house are decorated with pictures shot by myself all over the world. Wi-Fi is included. Non-smokers are preferred. If you want to smoke you can do that outside. Unfortunately, neither access to the building nor the flat's design is suited to visitors with physical disabilities. For your safety, there is a security camera on the property monitoring the driveway (and nothing else) Some possible excursions to do in this area: * Go with the ferry on the Telemark Canal, which dubs itself as one of the most beautiful waterways in the world. I would recommend a day trip to Lunde. The ferry leaves every morning from Skien from mid-May to mid-September. You can watch what the canal looks like on the Netflix show: "Slow TV: The Telemark Canal", released in August 2016. * Skien Fritidspark, which both have water- and zip-line park. * Brekkeparken - a park that double as museum. It has some interesting older buildings, which includes furniture and other things from the 18th and 19th century. * Playwright Henrik Ibsen was raised in Skien, and if you are into him, it is obligatory to visit the museum at Ibsen Venstøp. Skien also has some nice neighborhoods as Bakken and Snipetorp. * If you're into golf, it is a 18 hole par 72 course 7 km away @ Jønnevald. Grenland Golfklubb own the course. * It is a full size soccer field 150 meters away, which is empty almost all the time. Skagerak Arena, which is the home ground of Odd in the Norwegian Elite League (Tippeligaen), is only 1 kilometer away. * I for one, would in the summer get in the car (or bus) and drive to “summer cities” like Stavern, Langesund or Kragerø or visit the beach at Oddane Sand. All within 1 hour away. From Kragerø you can even jump on a ferry to the very nice island of Jomfruland. * If you have children, or are childish yourself, a one-hour drive to the water park in Bø Sommarland is normally a great excursions.

Familiehus sentralt i rolig strøk

Flott enebolig i Skien sentrum! Veldig sentralt og samtidig i rolig strøk med privatvei uten gjennomgående trafikk. Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har lekerom og passer veldig bra til familier med barn. Huset har og babykrybbe, barnestol og stellematte. Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes.

Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms.

Trivelig gjestehus på deilig solrikt gårdstun i naturskjønne omgivelser. Her kan du våkne til ro og fuglekvitter. Flotte turområder rett utenfor døren. Gjestehuset inneholder 3 soverom som alle har egne bad. Det er fullt utstyrt kjøkken med muligheter for matlaging. Det ligger en tømmerstue på gårdstunet som kan benyttes etter avtale. Den inneholder peis , langbord og godstoler. Vi har også koselig gapahuk med bålplass. Vi har egne hunder på tunet, så egne dyr kan kun medbringes etter avtale.

Modern and relaxing Apartment - Unique location

Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Hovedfløyen på Nedre Jønholt Gård har 5 soverom (mulig med 6 soverom), 2 store bad, 3 stuer m/peis, 1 liten TV stue, romslig ute-terrasse og en herskapelig balkong. Det er sengeplasser til 12 - 14 personer. På dette stedet kan storfamilien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentralt i Porsgrunn sentrum. Down Town kjøpesenter er kun et par minutter unna, og det er gangavstand til buss og tog. Gratis parkering til 6 - 8 personbiler på eiendommen!

Leiligheten ligger i underetasjen av vårt hus med utsikt mot Sandefjord sentrum. En trapp må gåes for å komme dit. Den egner seg derfor ikke for gjester med gangbesvær. Leiligheten vender mot nord og har litt sol på morgen sommerstid. Nærhet til mange badestrender og friområder. Det er bussholdeplass 10 min å gå fra vårt hus. 30-40 min å gå til sentrum av Sandefjord med flere restauranter og butikker. Supermarket 10 min gange fra vårt hus. 2 min med bil. 15 min til Torp flyplass med bil.

Vårt koselige hjem, som passer perfekt for familier eller små grupper, har sengeplass til 10 personer fordelt på 2 soverom og en sovesofa. Huset er fullt utstyrt med fasiliteter, inkludert vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, tørketrommel, og alt nødvendig kjøkkenutstyr for et komfortabelt opphold. En perfekt blanding av landlig sjarm og byens bekvemmeligheter venter på deg!

Leilighet i 1. etasje, med god plass både ute og inne! Leiligheten er på 80kvm, har det meste man trenger og er fin og romslig. Plassert midt i mellom Skien og Porsgrunn. 100m til bussholdeplass, 300m til butikk og gode parkeringsmuligheter. Huset er i enden av blindvei og har svært lite trafikk. Man parkerer rett ved inngangsdøren og el-bil lader (type 2) er klar til bruk. Kodelås på døren for enkel tilgang. Leiligheten er utstyrt med varmepumpe og varme i gulv.

Vrangfoss sluser, ca 15 min. Bø Sommarland, ca 15 min. Norsjø ferieland, ca 25 min. Norsjø Golfklubb, ca 25 min. Lifjell, ca 25 min med alpinanlegg og mange skiløyper/topper eller bare slappe av og bruke nærområdets mange fine steder.
