It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn.

Off-grid living, high in the Shropshire Hills

The Garden Room is a private, cosy, off-grid apartment that's perfect for couples in search of a quiet break or looking to explore the area. It has basic kitchen facilities along with a king size bed, a wood burning stove and a piping hot shower. We have reliable wifi, no tv and an ok mobile signal. Lovely up here this time of year and plenty of wildlife to be seen; deer in the garden, swallows zooming about, the other morning I saw two hares leaping and sparring in the front yard - just great.
