For your safety, along with our normal cleaning we disinfect common surface areas. 100 MG high speed internet. Listen to the creek, watch the wildlife and only a mile from town. On the main floor ( one story up) there is one master bedroom.There are two loft bedrooms accessed by a shipman’s ladder that each sleep three and a stage area that sleeps two more. The home sleeps 10 and has AC. Kids play areas both inside and out. Eight acres to explore. Electricity is all solar. Winter accessible.

I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house.
