Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

The main living is all upstairs with two king beds(can be split to 4 single beds, prior arrangement) 2 queen bedrooms and ensuite downstairs with external access. Gourmet kitchen, dining room lounge room. Foxtel, unlimited Wi-Fi. Reverse cycle air cond, internal laundry. Enclosed balcony with BBQ, 180 degree views of the river. Our 2 cottages are uniquely constructed with open beams and a cozy atmosphere. They are self-contained with linen provided and efficient reverse cycle air conditioned. Kyloe Cottage and Yens Cottage are 2 bedroom 1 bathroom self contained accommodation. The cottages have panoramic views over Lake Eucumbene and are set on 5 acres. Situated only 5kms from Adaminaby and 2kms from Old Adaminaby. Eucumbene Lakeview Cottages are an ideal accommodation base for trout fishing or water sports on Lake Eucumbene, exploring Kosciuszko National Park, winter snow sports at Selwyn Snow Resort, or for visiting the Snowy Hydro Scheme and the Snowy Scheme Museum.

Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living.

This renovated settler's cottage is the perfect place for those wanting to explore this region and enjoy the peace and quiet of country life. Central to Holbrook (30mins) with its historical submarine and specialty shops, Tumbarumba (30mins) with its wineries and cafes, Rosewood (15 mins) with the rail trail to Tumbarumba. Home cooked meals are available on request.
