Acreage criss-crossed by trails leading to Valhalla National Forest and Ecological Reserve. Fall asleep to the sound of Davies Creek. If you don’t mind steep hills, a 15 min walk from the ferry, cove centre, shopping, and restaurants. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (1 w/soaker tub). Huge deck for indoor/outdoor living. Seaview Cottage is cozy and romantic, perfect for a getaway weekend or longer. Located on Cates Hill, Bowen Island, it has a fabulous view of Snug Cove, Howe Sound and the Coast Mountains. The neighbourhood is generally quiet and peaceful and there is a nice outdoor space for you to sit and enjoy. Please note that we do not allow any pets in Seaview Cottage. It's located on Bowen Island - a gorgeous island getaway a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. This is an otherwise owner-occupied home, set up to be accommodate visiting guests but owner will not be in the premises and guests will have access to the entire home.
