Private room , self contained.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Cosy garden lodge in a lovely setting surrounded by trees with the sound of the birds ,and the squirrels chasing through the trees. A private front driveway and a private patio area with tables and chairs. Close to Ely where you can visit Ely Cathedral and Oliver Cromwells house, also leisure village Newmarket is 20min drive famous for horse racing. A10 easy access to Cambridge Twenty pence garden centre in village serving breakfast. restaurant/pub in village Shop and butchers in Haddenham

Country annex nr Newmarket 2 adults max+2 children

Newly refurbished, we accommodate a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children (no adult groups). Seeking a quiet rural base to explore Cambridge, the wonders of Suffolk, Thetford Forest or a wedding at Chippenham Park? A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

The Koya

Beautiful garden cottage set in large garden but self contained and fully equipped, with underfloor heating and private patio. Easy to reach both Cambridge and Newmarket as well as Ely which is 15 minutes drive away. Very close to Wicken Fen so great for walkers and nature lovers. A newly decorated dining room, benefiting from a large dining table for 6. A modest living area sits at the front of the house. Upstairs has a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. A basic garden is at the rear of the property. The home benefits from a private drive, space for two cars.

A newly renovated Studio Flat 5 miles from Newmarket, 20 miles to Cambridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
